As an esteemed member of the Cloud Applications team you will:
1. Complete analysis for performance issues and help customers to resolve
the issues by fixing configuration, scripting, database issues
2. Solve complex technical and business issues
3. Provide user requirement definition
4. Transform functional requirements into design details
5. Analyze customer requirements and build solutions as per best practices
6. Troubleshoot issues that will surface from software Review customer
environment and integration needs and design the system as per requirements
7. Collect necessary data inputs for analysis and provide data fixes where
applicable
8. Deploy the application and perform migration strategy
9. Build custom solutions with various integrations that are necessary
10. Build support organization with various service offerings for the
customers
11. Perform advanced troubleshooting including analysis of network data
12. Load balancing checks and recommendations
13. Performance tuning of application and assist with upgrades
To be successful in the role, you should have:
1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science
2. Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience, ideally in dev-op related
experience or in standard software engineering positions.
3. Expertise in scripting programming languages for system automation in
Linux as well as in Windows.
4. Proficient in relational database.
5. Experience with mission critical secure solutions for public facing web
applications, and protecting highly confidential content.
6. Preference to candidates with cloud architecture, web services, or API
development for commercial products.
