请教一下大家买房的downpayment问题：
有几万美元在online saving 账户里，想用来付首付。这钱需要提前（多久）转到
checking account么？
如果需要，有什么快速便捷的方法？

一般需要official check或者wire transfer，personal check有跳票的可能性。
official check去银行，马上就能拿到。
