fresh PhD毕业，和公司negotiate letter，要办o1 visa和eb1b，hr回的email说“I
spoke with our immigration attorney today and based upon that discussion we
think sponsoring you for the o 1 is the best option for success in regard to
the visa issue.”
然后offer letter上有段是这样写的：
...This means that the Company will submit a petition on your behalf and pay
the legal fees and costs to obtain employment authorization for you. In
addition after 18 months of full-time employment, if after obtaining work
authorization and meeting the prerequisites for permanent residency, you
desire to apply for residency in the United States, the Company will pay the
legal fees and cost associated with such an application, provided that you
are still employed and in good standing with the Company.
offer letter上说要等18个月（看起来是明年10月h1b生效的时间）， 我可不可以要求
把这个18个月限制去掉，另外如果公司同意办eb1b的话，能不能要求把这些写在offer
letter上（合同是at will）？还是只能考验hr的人品是否说话算数了？
因为这个letter写的好含糊，所以上来问问大家接offer的时候，有没有任何提到办eb1
还是eb2的内容。
