ROOFING
1.The flashing(s) at the chimney should be sealed to avoid leaks.
EXTERIOR
1.Possible wood deterioration was noted to the siding and/or trim. The
client should refer to the wood destroying pest and organism report (pest
report) for all locations of wood deteriorations.
2.Safety glass etchings were not observed on the glass of the door(s) at the
garage side door. Safety glass is required for glass doors and is generally
identified by an etching in the corner of the glass pane.
3.The overhead garage door opener did not automatically reverse under
resistance to closing. There is a serious risk of injury, particularly to
children, under this condition. The opener should have its tension adjusted
or may need replacement
4.There is evidence of rot at the exposed ends of the beam(s) at the back
patio. This part of the beam(s) typically is not load bearing but if not
corrected this condition can become worse
PLUMBING
1.The bathtub faucet handles and spout at the hallway bathroom is/are

2. The sink(s) at the master bathroom was/were observed to drain slowly or
not at all. This condition should be further evaluated by a plumber.
ELECTRICAL
1.The main distribution panel is obstructed and is not easily accessible in
an emergency. This issue should be corrected
