我的contractor把shower room的地砖铺好了，结果下水道堵了。
Plumber过来用snake捅了几下，发现很硬，说可能是铺地砖的时候的grout流进去了。
contractor说可以用带motor的snake，但是不知道有没有效，不然就只能把铺好的地砖
再扒开来了。也不知道这种motor会不会把下水道的塑料管弄漏...
请有经验的朋友提些建议。谢谢！

open up the ceiling under the shower room, remove the S trap to clean it out
or replace it. If grout got in there, it would have collected at bottom of
the trap.
You could first get one of those inspection cameras from homedepot to see
exactly what's blocking the pipe. Those are probably also called camera
snake. they have a long flexible neck with light and camera at the end so
you can stick them into hard to reach places.

非常感谢您的回复！
我的plumber也是建议我去买一个inspection scope，而且说很有可能要把刚铺好的
showroom floor再扒开。但是我的contractor很不愿意再铺一遍，所以坚持让plumber
去用带motor头的snake直接弄破，我担心这样不是很有效，而且如果弄破了管子就麻烦
了。
不知您是否有用这种snake的经验？

First determine if it's indeed grout or something hard like that. Then ask
the plumber if it's possible to access the pipes from below. I'm assuming
this is bathroom is on second floor, so you will have to open up a large
hole in the ceiling on first floor. But since most ceilings are just
drywall, it's much quicker and cheaper to repair than pull up the tiles in
your shower.
