两年前在utah收到的一张speeding ticket今天突然来鸿 (转载)# PhotoGear - 摄影器材

各位佛爷也请给参谋参谋

当时就交了钱了， plead non-guilty,本来他们说给set up video trial的，一直也没
有消息，就都给忘了。
今天突然收到法院来信，说可以forfeit bond， "and that will be the end of the
matter"或者可以"contest the citation and schedule this matter for trial".
ticket是79 in a 65 zone, 被搞成了misdemanor C.这个是要记录在案的吧？可以亲自
到utah去一趟也不太现实. 可以打电话和什么人商量商量搞成civial infraction吗？
钱就无所谓了，不到100块。这是唯一的一个ticket，想来点数，保险都问题不大吧？
另外，这个speeding ticket没有什么追述期限吗？都两年了，他们又来了 :-(

准备明天过去交ticket+利息+罚款。
不给钱不给我renew驾照呀。

呵呵，没有犯罪记录在案就好，钱小意思。最多就是个GF2丢了而已

不知道呀，明天打电话去问。昨天去换驾照悲崔的被拒了。
当年好像是$40。

那是parking, 不是moving violaton, 他搬离麻州也没有事情

prosecutor offer我plea for band option。参加traffic school，交钱，观察6个月
，没有其他的violation就dismiss
