打印机rebate问题：sales receipt# PhotoGear - 摄影器材

我的问题是：sales receipt上面没有显示地址（有date），这个会是问题吗？rebate 要求要显示
同样的billing address。
要不要把两个receipt再加上invoice全给amazon寄过去？amazon账户里打印出来的invoice上面
既有时间也有地址。
神医们是咋干的？
下面是rebate form上的原话
A legible copy of your Amazon.com sales receipt, showing the purchase of a
new Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mk II Photo Printer from Amazon.com, with the date
of purchase and the purchase price circled. (Receipt(s) for printer and
