我发信问了，回复如下，我猜其实它根本没寄支票：
Thank you for contacting The Cash Back Network concerning your missing check.
We are requesting that you allow additional time for delivery. If you do not
receive this check by December 15, 2011 please contact us again. We will
then request a stop payment be placed on the missing check. Please include
your current mailing address at that time.
