我研究下
发现没有什么保房东的条款
比如geico
Personal Property Coverage (Coverage C) ?
Example: Your apartment is on fire, your furniture, electronics, and clothes
are damaged or destroyed, coverage is provided up to the limits stated here

Loss of Use (Coverage D) ?
Example: You must stay in a hotel and eat out, coverage is provided up to
the limits stated here.
Property Deductible ?
Example: The amount of your loss totals $7000, your portion to pay is $500,
or the amount you select here.
Personal Liability Limit (Coverage E) ?
Example: Your guest is hurt at your home, their medical treatment and any
lawsuit is covered up to the limits stated here.
Medical Payments Limit (Coverage F) ?
Example: Your guest is hurt, regardless of fault and they need quick medical
payment, coverage is provided up to the limits stated here.
Water Sewer Backup ?
Example: Your drain backs-up and water is overflowing damaging your flooring

Damage to Property of Others ?
Example: You borrow your friend’s expensive wine glasses and they break
while in your care. The cost to replace the glasses is $200; coverage is
provided up to the limits stated here.
Identity Fraud Expense Coverage ?
Example: A criminal acquires your banking information and makes purchases
for which you are held liable. Coverage for some expenses you incur such as
attorney and document fees is provided here.
唯一有可能保房东的是water sewer
但是又有具体条款提到for losses to Personal Property resulting from the back-
up of sewers
到底什么样的是保房东的？
