can I load those money to another reloadable credit card so I can use it to

what is FSA?
I have a few $500 visa gift cards,how can I merge it?
need to pay for my son's quarterly daycare fee a, feel bad to ask the guy
charge a few credit card at the same time

就是up to $5000免税那个。给孩子学费什么用的；
有的是可以公司走账，有的直接到信用卡或者支票走这个部分，不知道你什么情况。这
种信用卡和普通的好像有点不同。

en, I normally get the receipt for reimbursement.
