半年前买进这个投资房的时候就让人来检查过浴室漏水的问题。两个月前，租客报告说
二楼的卫生间又开始渗水到楼下的厨房。我叫了个号称全能型的handyman,他没有发现
管道有问题，但是发现侧墙嵌入的淋浴喷头的开关和墙有松动的空隙，他断定水就从这
里进去。于是他换了整个shower wall 以及里面的drywall。事后租客也是说不再漏水
了。
结果这才两个月，租客又说厨房天花板又开始滴水了，但就发生过一次，在他们洗澡的
时候。这种屡次修都没解决好，到底是应该找plumbing公司还是找做内装修的来看？
