主申请人:
1. Evidence the PA continues to work in area of extraordinary ability
Please submit documentary evidence to establish that you continue to be
engaged in your field of extraordinary ability. Such evidence may include,
but is not limited to: a current dated letter from your present employer;
copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; copies of recent
awards, grants or fellowships; or other such documentation confirming that
you continue to be engaged in your area of extraordinary ability as
described in the underlying Form I-140 immigrant visa.
我的J1签证11月过期了,现在等着EAD回去上班,需要签新合同。所以他们可能注意到
了。
EAD已经pending 76天了,我还是等EAD下来签了合同在回复。或者让老板提前给offer
,然后开始日期定在EAD下来那天?
2. Submit certified English translation of household booklet (Chinese birth
record)
You have submitted a foreign-language document(s) in support of your Form I-
485 application. If you submit a document that is not in English, it must be
accomplished by a complete English translation. The translation submitted
with your foreign language Household Booklet (Chinese birth record was not
certified. The translator must certify that he or she is competent to
perform the translation and that the translation is accurate. Any English
translation MUST be submitted together with a copy of the translated (
foreign-language) original.
这个有点奇怪了,我提交就是4页出生证明公证书,中英文都有,而且公证过的.不知道是
不是因为小地方的公证处格式不正规?
副申请人的比较麻烦:
Submit evidence that any and all employment you have engaged in the United
States has been authorized by USCIS., from June 2013, until the present.
Such evidence may include, but is not limited to:
--Copies of both sides of your Form I-20A-B/I-D(F1 students and dependents);
--Copies of both sides of your Form IAP-66/DS-2019 (J-1 exchange visitor
and dependents);
--Copies of any Form I-797 approval notice/notice of action; and/or
--Copies of any and all Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) issued to
you by USCIS.
副申请人的EAD是每年都续申请的,但是因为都是在快到期了才去申请,每年都有一两
个月的Gap,好像算是非法工作的。 J2到期之后,因为EAD也没下来,所以现在她在
unpaid leave,也是等EAD回去上班。算了一下非法工作的时间也没超过180天,而且都
是在旧的到期之前提交了申请,算是technical violation?
不知道是不是找律师帮忙阿,大家有推荐的律师吗?回复RFE收费是不是应该比从头帮
忙准备485便宜一些阿?
