官方回答：
答：您好，根据相关规定，出境定居的华侨希望恢复国内户籍，必须办理华侨回国定居
手续，放弃在海外的定居权。
如果是瓜瓜妈类似的另当别论

how about for the oversea students who are still Chinese citizenship and
hold Chinese passports?
can they buy a house in beijing and hold their kukou in beijing?

我以前有北京户口，出来的时候办因私护照被强迫注销了，其实当时傻了
我有因公护照，直接去签证就不要注销户口了，我老板还很感谢我，说我
要拿着因公护照跑了，他就要受处分。
