"Bank of America Merrill Lynch economists expect the foreclosure process
to speed up in nonjudical states next year, with liquidations peaking
in 2013. This is partly why they expect home prices to drop another

You know the conomists never lie. They state facts and they give
some useful predictions and they make the wrong conclusions while
telling you that they are making the wrong assumptions. Everything
is in the fine print.
What it means is that yes you haven't seen the worst of the
foreclosures yet -- besides, be aware lots of foreclosed homes in the
last couple of years haven't been released to the market...
2013 will be the peak? Maybe. For sure we haven't seen nothing of it
