看上一个房子，各方面都满意，不过新英格兰地区好像是radon 重灾区，地下室测完
平均值12，卖家给了点credit，准备拿到房子后就装那个系统，向咨询一下是不是有了
sump pump以后装那个系统效果就不好呢？我感觉那个系统就是利用地下室水泥下面压
力大，然后开口让气出来，但是sump pump的口已经开了，是不是压力就小了呢？对这
个事情不太懂，但是开始看到12还是吓了一跳，但是由于房子很喜欢就买了，希望那个
系统装了以后能把问题全解决。
装radon系统的公司说他们保证降到3.99或一下，但是他们也说他们每次都看到降到2一
下但是不保证，所以也挺担心的。。。

5块钱的fandango电影票（13那种，IMAX应该要贵些不过比你直接买肯定便宜了），这

you have to seal all the cracks, including the opening for the sump pump.
radon mitigation system works by creating a vacuum under your basement, any
opening is not helpful.
ask a mitigation company to take a look, sealing is fairly easy, but you
have to do it.
