LZ在德州，去年十二月买的房，最近收到本county appraisal district的信，意思是
说年度的appraisal要开始了，我们发现你最近交易了房产，请核实一下基本信息。
但是令人生疑的是还附了一张表，要求填写交易的具体信息，包括交易价格，贷款数额
，房子是否有改造，更新，是否包含某些物品，等等等。我大笔一挥填好了表格，装进
信封前忽然脑子一闪：这些信息会不会被他们用作明年涨房产税的借口？这房子今年的
appraisal价格比交易价格低了15%左右。
真要如实报上去了，明年万一涨税，恐怕是跟他们appeal都无门，到时候他们拿出我填
的这表理直气壮的跟我说这就是依据，那样我就SB了。所以请教一下各位该怎么填？或
者是不是根本不用理他们？

突然看到这样一条评论：
“My three problems with it are that it is completely Nikon centric and he
advocates using TTL or some form of it in every situation. That may work for
Nikon gear, but I have found Canon's flash exposures to be all over the
place when left in "Auto" mode. You need to be aware that there is little to
no guidance or advice other than that in this book. It is all about Nikon
electronics and which buttons to push. If you are looking for advice on
using speedlight flash manually, it's not here. ”
终于明白为什么好多C+的都反复强调不用manual不pro了。。。 呵呵

你的买房交易价格和贷款信息都是公开的信息，老实填就好。其他的细节可以春秋笔法

不用犹豫，那这本书太适合你不过。
