我就根本没收到电话,而且我的名字也不是Josh,就乱咬,怎么办?
I contacted the sellers ?Refurbished Product Warranty Support Service Center
immediately after discovering the item did not power on. Even after
connecting the charger, it did not show any indication of having a power
source or being charged. I called the seller 5 times before finally reaching
someone named Josh. He apologized and instructed me to email my contact
info and mailing address and stated he would send me an overnight shipping
label to return the product at no shipping cost to me and send a replacement
right away. I emailed the info on 12-30-2011. I followed up on 1-2-2012 and
was told by the rep (Josh) that he thought the label went out but he would
find out what happened and get back to me. I called back on 1-2-2012 and he
stated that he would check on the issue and call me back within 24 hours but
did not. I resent the info on 1-2-2012 to make sure he got it. On 1-6-2012
I contacted the seller to inform him that I have yet to receive the label to
ship my defective product back for a replacement. He then stated that he
never received my info, then he put me on hold and came back to the phone
and stated that he found my email in his "junk email box" and that he (Josh)
was going to overnight the label to me and I should have it by 1-7-2012.
Today is 1-10-2012 and I have not received a label, phone call or email from
the seller pertaining to the matter of the defective product I paid $285.00
for. At this point I just want my money back
