房客最近连续两月不付房租。让中介去催，中介貌似也没有办法。现在估计只有赶一条

这价钱靠谱吗？
The following areas were noted for repairs.
1) The chimney has a vertical crack above the roof line and should be sealed
to prevent water damage to the structure. Cost: $65.00
2) The chimney currently has a chimney cap that is to small for the flue
tiles lining the system and needs to be replaced along with the damper that
does not seal properly. Cost: $625.00 (Lifetime Warranty).
3) The chimney's crown wash should be sealed to stop the penetration of
water into the masonry system causing deterioration of the structure and its
steel interior supports. Cost: $325.00 (Lifetime Warranty).
4) There is a small void across the baffle/breast plate area that needs to
be sealed properly with high temp refractory cement. Cost: $125.00 (Lifetime
Warranty).

无非就是发通知，去法院file，出庭。各州不一样，要注意的是通知需要多少天，要包
括哪些内容，怎么送。赶是一定能赶走，就是需要多少时间而已。自己做大不了出庭时
被法官判为不合程序，从头再来，耽误一些时间。如果想快，找律师。这里有加州赶房
