HR in my company said i can get
6 weeks paid by the CA state, 12 unpaid leave by US goverment for
maternity leave.
BUt i am not sure how much the CA state will pay for the 6 week.
I googled, someone said 55% of your salary, someone said 959 per week?
my company don't have other benefit. Is this normal in other companies?

我听说今年涨到70%了，去年是55%。tax free.
不是有12周的paid family leave么？

i just had my maternity leave, first 6 weeks is disability leave 55% of
salary. second 6 weeks is family bonding leave, $987/week. if more than that
, no pay then but you can take up to 12 weeks family bonding leave.

只有医生出具证明，由于怀孕不适合工作，才会有disability leave吧

4 weeks before delivery, 6 weeks after normal delivery (8 weeks for c), and
6 weeks for paid family leave (dad and mom have the same right)
normally 55% of the salary or $987 maximum per week
some companies have secondary insurance. the total benefit will be up to 66%
or 2/3 of the salary (weekly maximum to $3500)
