I am just sick....I bought this item for my son's birthday. It arrived in a
timely manner (five days after I bought it) and was packed well and
undamaged. Yesterday we opened the box on his birthday to take it out and
set up. After carefully following all the instructions and hook ups we
attempted to power it up and all we got was the sound of the fans running.
The power switch on the top of the tower is not working and powering the PC.
I had a PC technician check it out tonight to make sure all of the
connections and hook ups were correctly done. He verified this to be the
case. He refused to open the unit so as not to void any warranty. I have
packed all of it back up exactly as it had been shipped to me using the same
original packing materials.
Can you help by shipping to me another unit with the same features and
returning this one under warranty. Please advise as to how best to proceed.
We know its the manufacturer and not you. Please help us.

我也碰上同样的情况过，买家很晚才联系，我后来就联系了厂家做上门服务，确实是机
子有问题

有好地方推荐吗？？
希望能在家附近的，不想去太远的地方，不想因为剪个头发开出去1个小时的路程
长发剪短（到肩就行，没想短发），最主要想多层次

很合理啊。nice你就让他退回来，超过30天，让他找厂家也是可以的。有可能厂家上
门服务吧。

我刚输了一个case, evil buyer 11月买的电脑，在没有和我任何联系的情况下两个月后（1月中旬）filed charger back 到他的CC公司，说收到的item not as described，我赶紧把
tracking 和 return policy 传给了paypal ，想着我肯定赢呢，结果paypal今天告诉
我，我输了，打电话给paypal 也没用。 300刀就这么完了。

及肩不建议太多层次太碎，可以参考这个图片的样子，自己买个卷发棒很容易做。齐刘
海斜刘海没有刘海要依你面型而定了。
我去的是日本店，偏贵，刚才看周一到周四有10%OFF，能省几块钱。

越是显得nice的evil越可怕，都是老手，知道怎么样能赢case.反倒是那种直接charge
back 说没收到，或则说unauthorized charge的才是猪脑子

权。

我的经验是，item not as described，基本上结果就是退货还钱，除非卖家能提供非
常确凿的证据证明买家乱来
