新485表有一大堆yes／no问题，如果填yes需额外解释。看这俩：
Part 8 Item 15: Have you EVER been denied a visa to the US?
肯定有很多像我一样的生物千老曾经签证被check，就是administrative processing -
221(g). 根据新规定，check就是denial：
https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/general/denials.html
确实，我最近签证被check，给我的通知上面中文写的：221(g)将被视为一种拒签。
Part 8 Item 25: Have you EVER been arrested, cited, charged, or detained for
any reason by any law enforcement official?
注意“cited for any reason”。以前的旧485表专门排除了traffic violation，这回
traffic citation也要解释了？我老婆有张stop sign citation上庭免了，也得解释？
这两项我估计大多数人都要中招。希望过来人指点，谢谢！

新表485的instruction也解释了traffic citation的问题，低于500的罚款不需要提交
证明吧

fines and incidents that did not involve an
actual physical arrest if the penalty was only a fine of less than $500 or
points on your driver’s license. However,
you must submit such documentation if the traffic incident resulted in
criminal charges or involved alcohol, drugs, or injury to a person or
