NSC, 485 2/28/2017 RD, 一直都是Fingerprint Fee Was Received，刚去信咨询，今
天收到USCIS的回复是：U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
records indicate your application is currently pending and has been pre-
adjudicated. Final review by an officer is dependent upon approval of the
Form I-140 as well as visa availability based on your category and priority
date. Please keep your mailing address current to avoid missing any
correspondence or notices.
是不是意味着马上有结果了？
女儿的485的USCIC的咨询回复是：
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is
in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time
for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order
received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail,
please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number
provided below.
是不是意味着60天内一定有结果啊？
我们两个人的combo卡还有2个多月到期，那还要不要renew呢？最迟的renew期限是什么
时候啊？
有过来人可以分享一下吗？谢谢！

自己的手，单手拿5D2+手动头，不容易啊
修改了一下，会不会好点？

我前一阵SR得到的答复和你的是一模一样的。你女儿的SR结果倒是挺鼓舞人！我的RD比
你的早差不多两个星期，也是二月份的。感觉咱还不如晚点交，能赶上给个面试然后当
场批准。

Don't trust the 60 day too much.
Better safe than sorry.
It isn't much work to renew the combo card.

有啥办法，左手逗娃，右手相机加菜头手动头啊，手动头啊
光不对，只能去掉原来颜色了

Renew Combo card only takes 30 minutes to prepare, and the cost is just one
stamp and two photos. And it gives you 180 extension of EAD just in case
which is a good deal

不是说in line to be reviewed就是还没有被review，而prejudication过了就是等一
个visa号和最后核对，如果这么理解楼主本人的感觉更promising一点啊

这个 in line to be reviewed 是排队做最后审核，而pre-adjudicated 只是预审核，
预审核离着最后的审核还远。

不过差别也不大了，谁也不敢保证移民局的人不是拿着模版来搪塞。要是过程能更透明
一些就好了。

建议还是renew一下，反正不要钱，尤其是拿EAD工作的，不然到时候有gap，renew交上
去后拿到receipt，至少EAD自动延长180天

另外基于 EB 系列的485 Pending是c(9), 邮寄地址可以在移民局网站上找到。然后一
步一步的就会找到如下的网页，里面有关于不同州的邮寄地址。

方法和清单都很清楚。

我得到的回复和你的一样，我的RD 2/2/17 NSC， case的状态也和你一样。我月初已经
寄出了combo cars renew 材料。还是保险起见。
？
