How is the earthquake risk for trivalley? Relatively low since it's not on
the Hayward fault?
I was very surprised that not many people are interested in Union city..
Seems a lot of relatively new houses; pricing is reasonable; much closer to
South Bay than trivalley, etc. Forgive my ignorance since I'm a bit far from

Schools are the important reason for house price. Pleasanton is not in major
earthquake fault. Haward fault is the one you should worry about.
