The item is not 'Never Opened'. The box was previously opened and sealed
again.

the one I bought is not brand new and even it is listed as brand new, kao...
..........
I forgive the seller
and the one I sold is 100% sealed and brand new, and I got my first negative
feedback, kao.........

if you listed as brand new, the buyer got a "完美开封" used phone, it is
pretty fair to leave neg.
