嫌少，问怎么negotiate。
你可以说有几个CS phd，又有几个能进FLG,但实际情况就是FLG每年hire这么多年轻人
，还有T啊，S啊，这些新贵，以及数不清的start up，支撑弯曲房价完全没有问题。
而且现在的85后，双独的多，动不动国内就能支持20-30w的首付，也是我们这些苦逼70
后未曾想过的。
你可以说不是大部分人都这样，但这些人绝对不少，如果真的大部分人都能这样，我看
房价轻松翻两番。

年龄会有一些影响。不过更多要考虑的是长期通货膨胀。
比方说现在50的码农应该比他20年前的工资高。

不是。不过离得不太远，差不多也就是湾区到洛杉矶距离的一半吧。
今天刚跟朋友聊起此话题， 大概是因为洛杉矶那边的房子，很多是国内的贪官，污吏
，大奶，二奶，.......等各类有钱人在买，那帮人不差钱，都觉得加州的房子比国内
便宜太多了。其
实湾区这1年也有不少国内大款拿着CASH抢房就跟抢白菜一样。由于加州气候环境好，
教育好，
国内有钱人纷纷把钱转移过来，才导致加州近1年房价那么疯
