就是程序上周出了问题，它家的business没什么问题，所以长线看现在是机会，但短线
再跌个百分之几十都很正常。

要是上个月看见这个就申citi的学生卡而不是discover了，citi的学生卡值得再拿一个

I didn't quite understand the math of the deal they got. The investors
bought 400 million dollars of convertible preferred stocks, which is to be
70% of the market cap. So based on the deal, the existing 90 million shares
outstanding per share price will be worth about (400 /70% -400)/90million =
1.5. But currently the market basically is pricing the company at 670
million dollars total market cap. I guess it's ok for a company making 100
million a year, but I think near term their profitability is impaired. I am
glad I got out at 3.25 last friday with a tiny profit. not going to touch
this for a while.

The shares is expected to increase to 360 millions from 90 millions. So the
reasonable price after dilution is about $2.5 if everything else is assumed
unchanged.
