customers questions about the products they bought - because sometimes
input from a fellow customer is the most helpful.
A shopper is looking for an answer from a fellow customer about Adorama VIP
Member Extended Protection Plan.
Since you bought this on December 13, 2012, we thought you might be able to
help.

市场营销的手段而已
让更多顾客回答问题，给人造成vip很好卖的印象，客服回答就没意思了

主要他这问题一般顾客都不知道吧？不像相机产品之类的问题，这个问题是最适合客服

把有问题的相机卖给VIP，所以ADORAMA真WS.
我是收到信后就直接删除了此信。
