东西寄出去了，fedex tracking number也显示deliver了，而且有recipient的签字。
但是买家咬定没有收到。这种情况该谁来file fedex claim? 我还是买家？谢谢

对！卡号跟PIN是附在一张图片上的，那张图片没发在邮件里显示出来。还好，我终于
找到办法了。马的，微软真是垃圾。

if it is hotmail try forwarding it to another mail service.
microsoft is proxying all external images in their emails - which could
cause a problem if B&H blocks the image access from microsoft, or if the
retrieval of the image is authenticated via B&H cookie.

Well, proxying images has security benefits - can't say microsoft did
anything wrong.
