在马鬃上卖东西，收到马鬃邮件说sold，我登录seller帐号后，看到卖出的order，但
发现我的balance还是零，这是怎么回事？记得以前卖出都是有balance，可以直接拿来
买shipping的。

Charge When Ship is an easy way to process orders and keep buyers informed
