一个公司把市场做烂了，卖东西也卖不掉了，还有事没有事的折腾seller。我帐号用了
五年了，都没有理会它了。最近发现这S出台一个新政策：
Seller performance is now evaluated by the transaction defect rate (not the
4 individual detailed seller rating requirements). This new rating may
impact your status. For more information about the defect rate and ways you
can improve your performance, check your Seller Dashboard to for details on
ways you can improve your status.
如果买家Return，也算你defect，倒不管理由。结果，现在不给折扣不说，已经限制
了list，还即将要限制收款。这家的CEO是不是无间道，把ebay做死了，再跳到另外一
个公司

我最近在ebay啥都没卖，居然把我升级到top-rated。卖得好的时候却把我的top-rated
和谐了。这不是在犯贱么？

你啥都不卖给你升级，折扣相当于没有；你卖很多和谐你的top rate，可以多收钱啊
