Thx for the answer. I didn't know newegg and buy.com are that bad. I thought
they were reputable.
Most of time I use virtual credit card number(VCC #) for online purchase,
including quite a few transactions from newegg and buy.com over the years.
I guess the VCC # helped. It seems there are only a few credit card
companies offer it.
