最近在Amazon卖了一台Dyson V6 motorhead, 病人1月21号收到货,1月25说Defective
/Does not work properly,要退货,
以下是Amazon 邮件中给的选择:
please take one of the following actions within the next business day:
1. Authorize the customer's request to return the item.
2. Close the request.
3. Contact the customer for additional information (through Manage
Returns or the Buyer-Seller Communications tool).
我当时打包的非常结实,所以怀疑是evil buyer,请各位大神指点,这种情况应该怎么
