用了几个月的手机卖了大几十刀+邮费，买家（将近1700的100% Positive Feedback，
看User ID History变动过3次）收到后在第14天（from date of receipt）要求退货，
原因：Doesn't work or defective，看来只能选：Accept the return.
You pay for shipping and can send our return label or your own.
如果选：Offer a partial refund.
You have one chance to offer an amount. The buyer keeps the item.
和买家商量给退10来刀，是否可行？
Listing写了No return or refund.这没用吧？
感觉手机本身出问题几率不大。查了一下，买家住将近1M的房子，买用过的低端手机，
呵呵。
