一个月前恶霸上买了个东西还挺贵的几百刀，一直没收到货，卖家给了USPS tracking
，但是查询永远是status unavailable，我开了个case，但是卖家一直说再等等，USPS
可能不及时更新tracking之类的，今天卖家突然escalate了这个case说手里有USPS
letter证明这个package上个月就已经到了，然而我查tracking还是啥都没有，因为是
他escalate的我根本没法回复这个case，请问所谓的USPS的letter是什么东西，我强烈
怀疑卖家根本没发货，然后在拖时间，然后想了这么个办法无论是PS的还是怎么拿到了
这个letter，请教大家我该怎么办
update: 今天final decision判我赢了，理由是We didn't receive valid tracking
information from the seller. 之前好担心，看来ebay还是公正的

craiglist上邮件回复我的：
“Thanks for your reply ,your price is OK, what is important is to assure me
that this Item is working well and i will also offer you and extra $100 to
cover the shipping and i will do this to the best of my ability to get your
cash sent upfront before any shipping processing and i will be happy if you
can promise me that i won't regret this with you. Let me know so that i can
proceed with payment.”
200刀的东西除了骗子和脑袋进水的没人愿意花100$的邮费在上面吧？
我让他先款如何？先款应该怎么做？
抱歉可能问得有点白痴，但之前没有买卖过任何东西无论网上网下，没有经验。
