I don't have the originals with me.
Here is a list of things I do to every photo.
1.Pick out the worth editing photos.
I am using a machine gun approach to shooting. I will be shooting on average
5 photos a minute once I start shooting. So in 30 minutes, I could end up
with 150 photos. I will export small photos and send to client and ask them
to pick 5, and then I pick 3 out of the 5 to retouch. I quickly look through
and rate 1 star for all possible picks, then do a second pass, and rate 2
star to narrow them down.
2.Correct exposure.
This is done at the same time as I going through the first pass. I don't
even touch anything for ones I don't pick. When I shoot a new face, I am
constantly moving lights around at beginning, to find a desired shadow
location. But I don't have too much time. I cannot get perfect exposure most
of the times, but I try to get within 2/3 stops, + or -. When I open the
raw file in light room, I will try to make the highlight correctly exposed,
I usually darken the surrounding by 1-2 stops. The only critical details to
me are near the face. I would not mind my photo to be overly dark.
3.white balance.
In theory, WB should be flash, but I would like the photo a little more
yellow, so I put it to cloudy a lot of times. White balance is really
subjective.
4.skin/eyes
If I can get away with not get into photoshop, I will stay in lightroom,
using clone tool to fix some skin problem, and use brush with clarity/
exposure/contrast to brighten eyes.
If I have to get in photoshop to retouch skin, I will do everything else in
photoshop. First thing in photoshop is to use spot healing/clone stamp to
fix
big problems in skin, next I use portraiture to smooth the skin, and tune
down the transparency of portraiture layer to 30%-50%. next, dodge and burn
to fix some details in lighting/shaping. next, intensify eyes. I use level,
with mask. If I want to add color to lips, I will multiply the whole image,
and creat a mask over the lips, and change transparency to get desired look.
Do I liquify? very rarely, unless I am specifically asked to modify the
shape of some feature.
5.adjust skin color to magazine color
looking for a photo in magazine, such as vogue where you like the skin color
, use eye drop to sample the color in highlight/midtone/shade, write down
the value in CMYK. now sample the same brightness areas in my own photo, add
a curve, adjust RGB channel on that curve separately based on the sample
points to get close to the magazine skin color
6.back to lightroom, and see if I want to add blue to the shade, or even
darken the corners.

for specific location, use brush, set exposure of that brush to -1, -2. it
is like creating a mask in PS. Lightroom 5 has a new feature called Radial
Gradient make this real simple. Basically you draw a circle on the photo,
anything within the circle is not changes. All the adjustment is done to
areas outside of that circle. So I would draw a circle larger than face, and
set exposure -1.5.
For HDR effect, you increase clarity to +50 - +100, reduce hightlight/white,
add shadow.

只是探讨一下,第二张在人物腿上放个反光板,向上反一下光会减轻点眼袋吧。我最近
拍了场朋友的婚礼,偶尔发现人物站在白桌面前跳闪半身像效果很不错。
