Just bought a tripod from Murphy's Camera fulfilled by Amazon. Only took it
out once and it completely fell apart. Some plastic pieces fell of the last
leg while I am extending it and I somehow manage to lost one protective grip
thingy on one leg. It fell on the ground and made some dings/dents on the
ball head.
I can't get a full refund since it is clearly not new anymore but I am
pretty pissed since I paid good money for crap. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thank you guys. You are all absolutely right. I wrote them an email last
night and they already credited back to my credit card.
I probably bought thousands of dollars of stuff off Amazon. I didn't expect
this.
Kind of nice and good to know.
