EXCLUSIVE LICENSE– When granted, an exclusive license limits not only the
client in their use of the licensed image(s), but also the photographer in
their ability to license the work to multiple users. It’s also important to
note that exclusive licenses can be very broad or very specific. The
license might grant the licensee exclusive rights to use a photo singly, or
in any combination of a specified media, industry, territory, language, time
period, product, and/or any other specific right negotiated between the
licensor and licensee.

除非你的单张照片销量极大，不然non exclusive到处卖赚的多
我仔细看了500px的条款，没写大体价格，所以就很谨慎地跟他们签了一张non
exclusive的。就怕价格比Getty Images低太多，那样瞬间就惨了。。。。

我仔细看了500px的条款，没写大体价格，所以就很谨慎地跟他们签了一张non
exclusive的。就怕价格比Getty Images低太多，那样瞬间就惨了。。。。

我也收到了，目前签的都是non-exclusive。总得告诉我分别卖什么价怎么分成吧……

分成协议里写了三七开，关键问题就是售价如何。
如果跟istockphoto一个水平，那肯定只放烂片。
虽然现在getty上每个月都被premium access买家坑
不过总体上收入最高的还是getty

所以non-exclusive和exclusive都是30% ？那有个毛区别了，难道exclusive还能卖更
贵了？

哦我说non exclusive
exclusive的没打算签没仔细看
getty按用途一般一张100-500不等，一个月平均下来有一百左右，取决于有多少照片on
sale
但比较sick的是有些premium access的大客户买了的话只有2块钱版税
当年一堆人跟getty打官司不知道最后结果如何
