如果美国签证过期了，是回不来的，你需要在加拿大补办美国签证才能回来。

而且如果你是F1转成H1B的，要问清楚这个30天的规定对F1转到H1B没有renew过visa的
行不行得通。有的规定是要同一类的visa过期了才有效，具体我也不知道。总之问清楚

不renew的话确实是30天之内可以回来。如果预约了美国签证的话就不能享受这个30天

我走的时候比较忙，拿了本上面什么都没有的新护照，回来的飞机又是半夜，大家拿那
边的美国海关关门了，说到了JFK再办关，结果我到了JFK后条子说你的签证呢,我这时
才想起来老签证还在老护照上。
结果丫的送我去小黑屋，黑大爷jjww的嘟哝了很久，说你为什么不在大家拿办个签证，
我说我有i-94不就行了，我想想丫也不会把我遣送回大家拿，谁怕谁啊，后来黑大爷不
想跟我争了，你去外面拿张空白的i-94填上走人吧
美国的事，其实很flexiable.全靠一张嘴。
