看到有人把我三月份的贴子翻出来, 还有那么多人要长线Pick (其实PICK在跟帖里有说
, 但大部分人没有心情去翻. 是TJX), 我就借这个机会说说对长线股票的看法和操作.
三月份推荐TJX的时候, 是很经典的second stage completion. 帖子里有说. 后面的
走势也符合突破的后的经典走法, 一直hold在10wk线上, 除了6月份大盘调整的时候下
到20wk. 现在在急速拉伸. 如果你不是自己玩残自己, 跳来跳去, 已经是close to 50
%的gain. 在third stage correction到来之前很有可能达到80% to 100% gain. FAR
OUT BEAT THE BIG MARKET. Now, this is what i mean by ALPHA. return
significantly better than the barometer, while slightly increase risk. not
buy an underdog and HOPE miracle would happen to you. It might eventually,
but most likely you can't wait that long.
the other old bull that i had repeated mentioned is MA, The reason i got
into a heated exchange with 肥猫, when he picked MA as 金融烤猪 back in July
at around 580!. Those are the stupidest and riskiest trade you can
recommend to new hand. downside is extremely limited, profit window is the
narrowest. and once it's shut, it don't come back for months, if not years.

for long term holding (meaning hold through major market correction, but don
't hold through bear market), they have to be the BEST in their sector, TJX
is the best among retail sector, MA is the best among credit card sector.
Hands down. They also have to show relatively less fluctuation compare to
their peers. Short term you can trade JCP (i do), but long term you should
hold TJX. Myself have shown repeat problem at holding onto the long term
stocks as well. both of these i only hold free runs. because i enjoy the
quick up and downs more than just seeing the number slowly going up. However
, for new hands, at least commit half of capital to long term stocks:
- at least 10B cap and above.
- the absolute best (3,6,12month performance) in their sector,
- 3 or more different picks,
- and technically leads the market - go through correct with the market, not
wild swings, but emerge from correction ahead of market.
and lastly, stop asking for picks, you should learn how to find picks
yourself. every symbol can be a good pick, provide you know the characters
of stock and trade accordingly.
