一小时的core training
warm-up, push up/mountain climb etc 5-min
alternate leg raise 89 rep
plank 89 sec (with variation, leg raise, shoulder tap, punch etc)
alternate front leg kick 89 rep
mini-wiper 89 rep
hip raise 89 rep
repeat the above 8 sets, but reduce 89->79->69->59->49->39->29->29
cool-down, stretch
做完快崩溃了,尤其腿都快抬不起来了
