就是换信用卡付钱而已啦。
估计是商家省得麻烦，不想换。
不如退了拉倒，妈的那么大的数字交易，这小问题都不肯合作。

我猜的。交易费这种东西，有时候就是交易一次收一次。比如，邮费，你买也好退也好
都要收。
