我看选举，不是哪个州谁赢了，就拿到那个州的全部选票吗？

选举人制度，赢者全拿。有的争得就那么几个州。所以某种意义上讲就是那几个州决定
了总统

每个州有不同数目的选举人票。一般是Winner takes it all. 法理上有分票的可能。
小布什和戈尔那次有过异议。因为后者赢了popular vote.

是啊就是这样。以前读us history就想过其实总统不能算是人民直接选出 elector的
票更重要不是和中共差不多了。当时还郁闷

世界上多党制的国家比较多，
一党制的国家也不少，
美国这样的两党制，非常独特

以前通讯不便，是每个州选出该州胜出的总统来之后，再委托该州的选举人在选举人团
选举总统的过程中投票，该票投本州胜出的总统。
所以 Wiki 上说总统由选举人团“直接”选出也是对的，因为按照程序，最终统计的票
是选举人票，只不过该选举人选谁，由该州选民决定。

选举人要走过场投票，但真就是过程而已。主要是每个州的选举人名额不同。
小布什那次对手还呼吁选举人别投布什。
历史上还真有反水的选举人，而且也没怎么受罚。

理论上可以说不是直选，但是事实上和直选没有多少差别。也可以说是和一般直选计票
规则不同的另一种直选。这个和其它的间接选举有本质不同。
间接选举比如英国，新加坡之类，选民选的是议员。而美国的选举人制度，你可能连谁
是选举人都不知道。你投他的票纯粹是因为他会投你想选的人的票。
间接选举也可以是民主制度。但TG这种多层间接选举，同时又不公平的限制参选人的资
格就不再能称为民主制度了。

选举人制跟直选区别大了，直选基本上就是数人多的大州说了算，小州实质上没有选举
权。选举人制使得小州有一定的决定权。这几年都是Ohio和Florida的选票决定胜负，
直选那就是加州说了算了。
话说回来了，关于选举这个题目很大，很不少的数学专著，基本上意思就是说，论证不
出一个绝对正确的选举方式。只能找一个不太差的方式而已。
另外就是多党制有多党制的弊端，不要觉得党派越多越好，加拿大英国为例，经常选举
不出一个多数党，只能是两党联合执政，效率更低。相比之下，美国的两党制更科学一
点。
