For direct sunlight outdoor shooting (when you can't really control the
location): what strength, and which brand to buy? Did some research, seems
like 2-3 stops will be a good start?

如果是outdoor拍人像，3 stop足够了。买B+W的，至于是single coating还是multiple
coating随意，我觉得差别不大。

不用买特别好的牌子，镀膜主要是针对眩光
