看了看网上说这个好：Traditional Medicinals Organic Mother's Milk Herbal Tea
但是貌似有人说：
提醒一下，里面的fenugreek是催奶的主要成分。wholefoods等店里有卖fenugreek胶囊
吃的，也说是催奶。还有mother love的more milk plus胶囊里也有fenugreek。可是据
不完全research表明，fenugreek会一直T3的分泌，甲减（hypothyroid）的妈妈最好不
要吃。我吃的是mother love里的more milk，里面没有那个成分。
没概念什么是“甲减（hypothyroid）的妈妈”，求解释？甲状腺功能减退？
有人推荐：Motherlove: More Milk Plus Vegetarian Capsules Parent (Alcohol
Free)
到底哪个好呢？

I used Motherlove Vegetarian Herbal Supplement. It works great, my milk
started come within 3 days.

又多了一种推荐，请问楼上的是怎么选择的？我怎么知道哪个比较有效的呢？总不能

是我说的如果甲减可能不能吃。但是这也是motherlove厂家的产品介绍上提的。并不是
权威的说法。只是提个醒。如果你不知道什么是甲减，你就应该没有。孕期OB都会给查
的。我是TSH值过高。
妈妈茶（Mother's Milk Tea）和Motherlove more milk plus里面的主要成分都是
fenugreek，所以我以为效果应该差不多。关于效用以前我也问过版上，有的说有用有
的说没用。可能也因人而异吧。不妨都试试呗。

I started to take it about two weeks after i gave birth. The doctor told me
my milk will come three days after i gave bith but it didn't happen so i
started to worry. After five days my milk started to come but very little.
Only can pump two onc
e per day so i had to give her formula on the two weeks. I also have PCOS
before i was pregnant that's one additional reason why i only have very
little milk. I took this three times a day, each time with very little
water 15 min befor and after i take the pill. After 15 min i drink a little
more. The less liquid the better it works. Then just keep pumping every two
hours. I stated to see the difference after 24 hours. I took it about three
weeks, i pump about 40oz a day 4-5 times a day and have extra milk to store
for future use. My baby been on breast milk only eversince. Now i started
to slow down the pumping. Only three times a day and each time i still get
about 9-10oz so now i get about 27-30oz a day. Just enough for her to eat.
This one has every herb that will help with milk production, i tried
fenugreek capsal too but didn't do anything.
