那是 multitasking 用的，服务器，很多要求同时运行。。
好像现在 lightroom 和 PS 也 multithreading..
到时候运行看看有没有全部用到 CPU..
有些 CPU 是快，有些是可以同时工作，但是不是很快。。
要看啥用途。。一般 i7 4 个 cores 应该够了。。

SSD 是 I/O 速度，就是说你 import/ export 的速度会提高。。
其他运作的都是在 memory 和显卡，当然，电脑内存要够大。。
楼主说 HDR 要好几分钟。。。这和 SSD 没有啥关系。

用PS的话，一般电脑足够了。用LR的话，修的不厉害的话，一般电脑也足够了；修得厉
害的话，啥电脑都白搭。
新版的LR能用显卡帮忙。

my gig was build in 2009. my video card is just a crappy one ($12) since I
don't play any game. It has 768M ram. I'm wondering nowadays which video
card has vram less than 512M, so I checked out newegg. There are ~30 <512M
video cards and all of them are DDR2 and DDR. DDR2? geez, it's not easy to
find a DDR2 ram nowadays, so I suppose >95% of PCs, including laptop with
integrated card, meet Adobe's requirement.
Now, the question is, why still a lot of people complains about the slowness
of PS and LR, even their video card is far better than required?
For still images, video card is playing kind of role in LR CC in develop
module only. That's it, and unfortunately, GPU accelaration also slows down
some LR operations. So, you make the call.
So, I don't think video card is playing an important role in editing still
images. It's known that high-end N+ video card will help in video editing
due to CUDA support.
Instead of investing in video card, I'd rather spend bucks on RAM and m.2
SSD.

I am sure your 768MB video card cost a lot more than $12 back in 2009.
For video playing and graphical work, I think video card is very important.
Like apple stuff, an updated software requires an updated hardware, or vice
versa. You can still run the latest iOS on the ipad 2 or 3, but it's very
slow. The same thing to the computers.
Now almost all the android/apple tablets can play HD videos. I am not sure
what CPU processing power they have, but some of them have atom processors
which equivalent to pentinum 3? or 4? processing power?? and they can play
HD videos flawlessly. It's because most of the work are done with the
graphic card, not the CPU. If you put a HD video in the older computer, even
some core 2 duo with a crappy video card can't handle it..

艺术家，设计的，建筑师，广告公司。。大多都喜欢用苹果机。。
苹果的操作系统内存管理比 PC 好多了。。 估计苹果机的 8G 的内存差不多等于 PC
16GB 的运作。。
修理照片，还是用苹果机好。。屏幕的颜色真实性没有 PC 的变化那么大。。

其实没这么慢，昨晚重新测试了一下
发现其实很顺畅，一点也不觉的慢
估计这是NVIDIA的广告 而且GPU加速只有LR6才有
我只要是嫌PS/LR HDR和广景合成慢
家电机内合成不过是几秒的事

for each component? do you know where people buy computer parts and when,
how? have you ever built a custom PC yourself?
Video "playing" and "EDITING" are totally different story. We are talking

没用过PS/LR搞HDR，不过我用Photomatix做3张曝光合成挺快的呀，也就是几秒的事。
我的还就是个笔记本corei5。

I have both Macbook Pro and a very nice PC with nice monitor.. also have a
monitor color calibration unit.. I hate to calibrate the PC monitor once
awhile..
based on experience, I know what I am talking about..哈哈哈。。

Xeon x5670 虽然核多线程多，但那时为当工作站用的，对普通家用，修图没有什么帮
助，实际也就相当于3代i5的水平。新一点的高主频i5，i7要好很多。另外内存虽然大
，但48G对家用同样没什么用，并且这是ECC内存，长处是稳定性高，可靠，但速度比普
通的慢。
个人认为，为了家用，修图的话，花同样的钱买配件组装一台，无论是性能还是稳定性
都比这种高负荷运行了几万小时的淘汰工作站要好。

X5670 x2 秒杀 i7 4770K 完全没有问题
只不过PS最多只用到14线程 而且效率很低 24线程太浪费了
所以我最后还是取消了订单

那是 multitasking 用的，服务器，很多要求同时运行。。
好像现在 lightroom 和 PS 也 multithreading..
到时候运行看看有没有全部用到 CPU..
有些 CPU 是快，有些是可以同时工作，但是不是很快。。
要看啥用途。。一般 i7 4 个 cores 应该够了。。

用PS的话，一般电脑足够了。用LR的话，修的不厉害的话，一般电脑也足够了；修得厉

my gig was build in 2009. my video card is just a crappy one ($12) since I
don't play any game. It has 768M ram. I'm wondering nowadays which video
card has vram less than 512M, so I checked out newegg. There are ~30 <512M
video cards and all of them are DDR2 and DDR. DDR2? geez, it's not easy to
find a DDR2 ram nowadays, so I suppose >95% of PCs, including laptop with
integrated card, meet Adobe's requirement.
Now, the question is, why still a lot of people complains about the slowness
of PS and LR, even their video card is far better than required?
For still images, video card is playing kind of role in LR CC in develop
module only. That's it, and unfortunately, GPU accelaration also slows down
some LR operations. So, you make the call.
So, I don't think video card is playing an important role in editing still
images. It's known that high-end N+ video card will help in video editing
due to CUDA support.
Instead of investing in video card, I'd rather spend bucks on RAM and m.2
SSD.

I am sure your 768MB video card cost a lot more than $12 back in 2009.
For video playing and graphical work, I think video card is very important.
Like apple stuff, an updated software requires an updated hardware, or vice
versa. You can still run the latest iOS on the ipad 2 or 3, but it's very
slow. The same thing to the computers.
Now almost all the android/apple tablets can play HD videos. I am not sure
what CPU processing power they have, but some of them have atom processors
which equivalent to pentinum 3? or 4? processing power?? and they can play
HD videos flawlessly. It's because most of the work are done with the
graphic card, not the CPU. If you put a HD video in the older computer, even
some core 2 duo with a crappy video card can't handle it..

艺术家，设计的，建筑师，广告公司。。大多都喜欢用苹果机。。
苹果的操作系统内存管理比 PC 好多了。。 估计苹果机的 8G 的内存差不多等于 PC
16GB 的运作。。
修理照片，还是用苹果机好。。屏幕的颜色真实性没有 PC 的变化那么大。。

发现其实很顺畅，一点也不觉的慢
估计这是NVIDIA的广告 而且GPU加速只有LR6才有
我只要是嫌PS/LR HDR和广景合成慢
家电机内合成不过是几秒的事

for each component? do you know where people buy computer parts and when,
how? have you ever built a custom PC yourself?

LR CC has GPU accelerations in develop mode only. Nothing else.

没用过PS/LR搞HDR，不过我用Photomatix做3张曝光合成挺快的呀，也就是几秒的事。
我的还就是个笔记本corei5。

I have both Macbook Pro and a very nice PC with nice monitor.. also have a
monitor color calibration unit.. I hate to calibrate the PC monitor once
awhile..
based on experience, I know what I am talking about..哈哈哈。。

Xeon x5670 虽然核多线程多，但那时为当工作站用的，对普通家用，修图没有什么帮
助，实际也就相当于3代i5的水平。新一点的高主频i5，i7要好很多。另外内存虽然大
，但48G对家用同样没什么用，并且这是ECC内存，长处是稳定性高，可靠，但速度比普
通的慢。
个人认为，为了家用，修图的话，花同样的钱买配件组装一台，无论是性能还是稳定性
都比这种高负荷运行了几万小时的淘汰工作站要好。

只不过PS最多只用到14线程 而且效率很低 24线程太浪费了
所以我最后还是取消了订单

还好啦， 买车的时候没有太冲动就可以了，那个就是一不小心就大几千的出去了。更

你花600刀自己组装一个试试看看能到啥水平
稳定性肯定不如淘汰server
丫淘汰不是不稳定了
