to do macro focus stacking, the first shot needs to focus on the nearest
edge of the object to the lens, then take
subsequent pics, needs to make sure there's some focus area 重叠 with
subsequent pics.
as for the setting of aperture, depends on how big and/or how high quality
you want your final pic to be
if not having a macro lens, an extension tube would do a similar job, as
someone here already demonstrated that, although he didn't do a very good
job, haha, probably just demonstrate the functions.
also, better to use a remote control for the shutter to keep the camera
shake to the minimum; as a slight shake would cause blurry to small macro
object.
