在全世界，贪污腐败都是个突出的政治问题，需要整治的重点对象。但是，要整治就要
找到根源，否则无济于事。我觉得，贪污腐败的根源就在于在任用官员的这个环节上，
有很多没有政治素养的人混进来了。这话怎么说呢，就是有些志向不为公的人如果在最
开始进入官场的时候没有把观念转变过来，他就必然会是个腐败的政府工作人员。因为
政府是公权力的所在地，这里的所有职务和工作都是为了执行公权力，所以不能参杂个
人的意志，而如果这一点没有明确，那么这个人肯定对政治有损害作用。就比如郭伯雄
等人，他们可能在最开始的时候就没有意识到为公这个工作性质，所以会贪污腐败。比
如习近平，他从最开始可能就立了为公的大志，所以处处能把公和私分开，一心为公，
这样也就杜绝了贪污腐败的现象。而这一点区分非常重要。很多时候，人们因为没有这
样的意识，也就容易做傻事。一个人如果有了为公的志向也就能把公私分开，不会随便
挪用公权。我倒是建议每个公务员在入职之前发个誓，即立下为公的誓言，因为公务员
就是为公的工作，容不得半点个人私利。不正式一点，有些人那点私心混到公权力里面
，那注定会贪污。杜绝腐败的根源就在于人心，而有效的措施是，建立发誓的机制，在
每个公务员入职之前都让他清楚地明白这个职位只是为人民谋利。一旦有私心，那就是
对政治的侮辱性的打击。这是个非常简单的道理。

按照MM的方法调了下，眼皮啥的没修那么细。。。好象皮还不太光，

1.remove small imperfections - Used portraiture, also increased skind
contrast, and sharpened whole image at the same time.
2.Used spot healing to touchup large imperfections
3.Adjust colors using florrabella, classic color 100%, swoon 35%, then
flatten image
4. sharpen - applied 20 pixel highpass filer over eyes and lips at 10%
transparency
applied 500% unshapenmask, 1 pixel, 10% transparency over eyes and lips.
5.check skin colors - use color sampler to get a cmyk reading of highlight
skin where there is no red makeup, on the nose, under the eyelid etc, and
the reading is in ball park of 5,13,18,0; 4,11,17,0; It is in the range of a
perfect cocasian skin

新手问个问题。试着用frequency separation 出问题了。我用了自己找的片子，
nikon-nef格式，high frequency 总是什么都没有一篇白，有时是一片灰。
如果用这里贴的这张照片就没问题，可以看到很好的texture.求问这是怎么回事，难道
我要改到jpg?
