MD，不给他来点硬的，就是不肯退钱。一开始说啥都没用，我最后回了一封信，说这是
我最后一次给你们写信，你们不退钱我就dispute+BBB，结果这SB才肯退钱。不过，问
题是我已经claim了dispute，并且也BBB了，还要撤回吗？
