凤姐的身材比例其实很好，也能赚钱，说话也诚实，肯定有人想娶的，就是不一定符合

startup给这么高base的不多见，选startup吧，即使最后上市油水不是非常足，也没太
大的opportunity cost。。。

startup base高可能是医疗保险，401K都没得
休假可能也少（美曰其名unlimited pto)
所以两个offer感觉差不多。

Yes. No medical insurance and 401. I have five years' working experiences
for two big companies. First time to get an offer from start-up. :)

如果是我就选Startup。
upside potential高。
而且平均来看，如果Startup估价不降，后者年收益比前者好。

401K的match，大公司也没几根毛，不提也罢，medical insurance倒是一个concern，
如果家里有一个在大公司的，入family plan就好很多。至于休假，既然选了startup，
就不要和大公司比work&life balance了。。。

你既然都已经在两个大公司干过了，这个新的大公司的offer比你当前公司的offer能高
出20%以上去吗？没有的话，真不值得再跳一家大公司去。。。

Medical值1万5，401值5千，挨个往上加就知道了。不过startup在于前景，base差个1
万两万的真不是决定的关键。

startup option 给的很不错,而且是Dround,应该去startpu
for the sake of $$. 除非你有其它的concern
