So my I485 has been in acceptance since Dec.20 2012, after check 1000 case #
s around mine, it seems like I'm not alone... look at this:
Form: I485
Total: 88 Approved: 55 (62.5%) Denied: 0 (0.0%) RFE: 8 (9.1%) In
Process: 25 (28.4%)
CurrentStatus Count Percent Date Range (min)Date Range (max)
Acceptance 13 14.8% 2012-12-20 2012-12-20
Initial Review 11 12.5% 2012-12-18 2013-06-11
RFE 7 8.0% 2013-04-08 2013-05-07

13 cased in the day of Dec. 20 still in "Acceptance"..... what the hell
happened that day...... :(
And it seems like none of the I485 case before 2013-03-04 was even processed
.... :(

看loan agent/broker，他们中有的权限很高可以一直等到12：00AM

你是EB1?
你去EB2EB3版上看看，那里的485都是过了一年多才批的。你周围那些没有批的485可能
都是EB2EB3

看lenders，每家有不同规定，有的加州时间3：00pm就不能锁了。有的到晚上12点都行
。

这7%还是要建立在部分失业大军被彻底wiped out of the counting system的基础上。

具体要看lender的规定了，大多数都可以在5PM EST之后lock。

你以前申过EB2吗？好像在版上看到过因为以前EB2 140的缘故导致EB1 485拖了很长时
间。

没有啊。我当时是concurrent的，然后140被rfe之后三月份才批的。我上个月去做过
infopass,说是namecheck还没clear,但是140rfe不应该拖延name check的吧。想起来就
烦，尼玛倒霉。。。

name check应该是140 approve后才开始的啊，不是和140一起开始的吧
